WebPino Softwares ("we", "us", "our") operates Brands365, a managed ecommerce platform. 2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, store name, and chosen subdomain.
Payment Information: We collect payment proof (UTR/transaction ID and screenshot) submitted by you to activate your subscription. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
Store Data: Products, orders, customers, and other content you add to your store are stored on our servers on your behalf.
Usage Data: We may collect information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and store
- To process subscription payments and verify payment proofs
- To send transactional emails (welcome, activation, renewal reminders)
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries
- To monitor platform security and prevent fraud
- To improve and develop our services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Isolation & Security
Each merchant's store data is logically isolated from other merchants. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular backups to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential session cookies to operate the Platform (login sessions, CSRF protection). We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how our platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services to operate the Platform, including:
- Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy)
- Email providers — for sending transactional emails
- Cloudflare — CDN and security (governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy)
These third parties process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and store data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
